Cancellation Policy:
I authorize AAS Executive Transportation to charge my credit card/corporate account for the total charges listed above; plus any wait time, overtime, stops, tolls and or parking fees that may be incurred during this reservation. I have reviewed and agreed to AAS Executive Transportation’s policies and procedures.

Cancellations are accepted by phone only. Email confirm of cancellation is sent; and must be retained by client as proof of cancellation.

Airport Arrivals and Departure Transfers
AAS Executive Transportation requires that cancellations be received no less than 8 hours prior to pickup time. Roundtrip orders must be canceled as two separate orders.

U.S. and Canada Hourly Charters, Packages, Specials and Tours:
AAS Executive Transportation requires that cancels be received; no less than 48 hours prior to pickup time.

International Reservations (Outside US/Canada):
AAS Executive Transportation requires that cancels be received; no less than 72 hours prior to pickup time. Roundtrip orders must be cancelled as 2 separate orders. If you fail to cancel by the prescribed time frames prior to your pickup time you will be charged in full for the order. A $10 administration fee is charged per order on cancellations that are cancelled by the prescribed time frame for processing (Administration fee non-applicable for corporate accounts).

All deposits are non-refundable; even if you cancel within prescribed time frames. The balance in full will be due should you fail to cancel by prescribed time frame or no-show at pickup. If you cancel by the prescribed time frame the balance is waived.

Change Policy:
AAS Executive Transportation requires that all changes be received by phone (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 3 hours prior to pickup for US/CDN orders; 6 Hours for International orders and are subject to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.

Rate Information:
All rate confirmations are subject to audit after order completion; to include actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for; then in ½ hr (1 hr for Buses) increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours; is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for. Direct Transfer (Point to Point, Airport Returns, Cruise Port Transfers orders have a 15 minute Grace Period at pick-up (excluding airport arrivals) if you exceed the grace period you will be charged in 30 minute (1 hr for Buses) increments equal to Stated Vehicle Hourly Rate listed on website. Clients and or members of their party are responsible for any damage and or cleaning fees that may be incurred during the use of the vehicle, including, but not limited to spilled liquids ($100), cigarette burns ($500), vomit ($300) broken glassware ($50), upholstery tears/punctures($1000) & exterior damage ($1000-$2000) (e.g. opening door into object). AAS Executive Transportation and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left in the vehicle.

By utilizing AAS Executive Transportation’s services you expressly authorize your credit card to be charged in accordance with our rates, policies & terms.
